Direct answer
The opportunity form sends the details you choose to provide and limited first-touch attribution to Advery. Google Analytics is configured with analytics storage denied until you choose to allow it.
Information you submit
If you use the opportunity form, Advery receives your name, email, business, the result to improve and the main constraint you enter. Do not submit patient, client, legal, financial or other sensitive records. This information is used to review and respond to your request.
Enquiry attribution
To understand which page or campaign led to an enquiry, the website keeps the first landing-page path, referring site and path, and any standard UTM campaign labels in browser session storage. Query strings and URL fragments are not retained as part of the landing page or referrer. This limited attribution is sent to Advery only if you submit the form and normally clears when the browser session ends.
Website analytics
Advery uses Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate website traffic, page use, diagnostics and successful lead-form activity. Names, email addresses, business names and free text are not sent to Google Analytics. Advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalisation remain denied. Analytics storage is enabled only when you select Allow analytics.
You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's storage in your browser. You can also use Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be processed by service providers used to host the website, deliver email, provide appointment booking and measure website use. Advery does not publish enquiry details or use them to create public client claims without confirmation and permission.
